Hear Ye, Hear Ye

Due to Barack Obama's continued pattern of willful disregard of his Oath of Office & violation of his enumerated Constitutional authority, the call for his Impeachment will remain at the head of this column until such time that he is out of office.

Jan 5, 2012- Chalk up another in-your-face Constitutional violation by Dictator Obama via his illegal appointments of a director to the bureaucratic boondoggle Consumer Financial Protection Bureau created by criminals Barney Frank & Chris Dodd, and three positions to the now even more radical Labor Relations Board; all of whom should have rightly declined these illicitly offered posts. According to Obama, these are "recess" appointments. Reality Check - The House has not officially permitted the Senate to be in recess, making this another serious Constitutional crisis that must not stand and requires immediate resolution rather than what will likely occur long after the election and Obama has gotten his desired results at which time the courts will belatedly strike down this tyrannical move. Article II, Section Two of the Constitution states, "The President shall have the Power to fill up Vacancies that may happen during the Recess of the Senate, by granting Commissions which shall expire at the End of their next Session." and Article I, Section 5, Clause 4 provides that, "Neither House, during the Session of Congress, shall, without the Consent of the other, adjourn for more than three days ....", which is precisely the case here and which has and must always remain the case.
